DJ hub has been entertaining people for over 10 years now and has grown through a wealth of experience and good service, from children’s parties to black tie events, quizzes to karaoke. Mainly operating in Bournemouth, Poole & Southampton we do extend this as our clients often want to stay with us even when they move location. This has seen us play as far a field as the Marriott Hotel on the corner of Park Lane & Mayfair, London.
We now employ a team of friendly and approachable DJ's who have vast experience of performing and concentrate on one thing - getting and keeping your dance floor full! It’s not just about what you play but when it’s played. With a selection of up to 25,000 songs requests are also rarely missed.
A good entertainer will constantly read the crowd and work the music around the guests. Not just their ages or types of people it’s about the time of night, the alcohol that’s been consumed and the body language of the people. It’s a fluid atmosphere that if understood well can have dramatically different responses. Experience and training are the key to understanding this and all of the DJ’s we provide understand the importance of reading a crowd.
We have a variety of sound systems and lighting effects to build the perfect disco. Extra effects like smoke, bubble and foam machines are all available.
All bookings are confirmed in writing for your peace of mind and we use modern regularly maintained equipment. We carry public liability insurance and a spare of every part of the disco just in case! This has been the key in maintaining our 100% record on reliability. The last thing you want is to be let down at the last minute because of equipment failure, it’s something we see as simply unacceptable.
A high level of investment has enabled us to provide quality entertainment whether playing in a community hall or at Marriot Hotel, London. We have played in many venues including bowling alleys, running up to 30 birthday parties at any one time and pride ourselves in becoming part of the event rather than just ‘The music man’
